Г-жо Стоянова, вие сте с над 15 години опит в недвижимите имоти. Разкажете ни повече за своя професионален път и как той ви доведе до River Park?
Over the years, I have worked in companies such as Raiffeisen Property Holding International and Colliers International, where I had the opportunity to deal with the sale and management of residential projects, as well as the leasing and management of office buildings in a unique business park.
I have always believed that real estate is more than just square footage - it is an investment opportunity that goes hand in hand with life. We spend most of our daily lives in our offices and homes - so I am inspired to work on projects that have thought and construction from the concept level down to the smallest detail.
River Park is a project that does not just offer houses, but creates an environment and a community in nature, but in close proximity to the city and its dynamic rhythm. The combination is truly unique.
What distinguishes River Park from other residential complexes on the market?
River Park is more than a large-scale housing project - it's a place where families find their balance between nature and urban living. Here the density of development is extremely low, and over 75% of the territory are green spaces - paths, sports areas, playgrounds and cozy picnic spots.
Contemporary architecture, the security of a gated community and attention to detail create an environment where life feels lighter and more fulfilling.
And the location? It is what often tips the scales for my clients - convenient access and proximity to the city make everyday life easier and more enjoyable. It sounds like a cliché, but in real estate, location always comes first - and here it's simply uncompromising.
You have launched a new campaign related to Phase 2 sales. Tell us more about it.
I am pleased to say that within a very short time almost all of our terraced houses were booked. This clearly demonstrates the confidence of our phase 1 clients as well as the interest of the new ones we have been able to gain.
One of the main highlights of phase 2 is a fully new type of houses, which we present for the first time - three-storey row houses, extremely suitable for larger families, often composed of several generations. They allow everyone to live together, but also retain their privacy. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?
And we have a great campaign for these houses and for the twin houses with garage at the moment - really worth a look.
Part of our philosophy is to target a specific property type at each stage of the construction and sales process to help families find the right solution for them. And the options are limited - which makes the choice even more valuable for those who want to call River Park home in time.
Can you tell us more about the new three-storey terraced houses? What makes them different and what do they offer prospective owners?
I'll go into a little more detail as a follow-up to your previous question. Three-story row houses are designed with the flexibility that a larger family is looking for in mind. On the ground floor there is a self-contained apartment - perfect for a teenager who wants more freedom, for a parent who likes their peace of mind, or for guests to feel at home. It has direct access to the courtyard - it almost feels like a small house within a house.
The top two floors are the heart of the home - a spacious living room where the whole family can gather for dinner, bedrooms that offer quiet and comfort, and terraces from which to start the day with a cup of coffee or end the evening with a glass of wine.
The most valuable thing is that the architecture and the organization of the space allow the home to change with the life of the family - from the early years with young children to the later stages when each generation needs its own space.
Why is it the first owners who profit the most?
The history of River Park is the best proof. The first phase of 110 homes was a complete sellout and is now alive - with kids in the alleys, neighbors who know each other, and a real community. Property values there have risen significantly since sales began, and first-time homeowners have not only received better terms, but also the opportunity to choose the best locations and house types for their families.
This is a pattern that repeats itself - those who make a decision in time gain the most in the long run. For some it was the best investment, for others it was a dream come true home.
What is your personal feeling about working on this project?
For me, River Park started as another professional challenge. Today, however, this project is so much more - it inspires me because it continues to evolve and enrich itself, even in the parts that are already completed and inhabited, thanks to our small but focused team.
This project makes sense - because it shows how, when there is thought, analysis and desire, a plan can become something beautiful and alive.
And for someone like me who works with transactions and numbers on a daily basis, the most valuable thing is to see the human side - the satisfaction in the eyes of the people who now call this place home.
Who are the people who choose to live in River Park?
Our clients are most often families looking for a balance - between the dynamics of the city and the tranquility of nature, between privacy and a sense of security.
We see young families who dream of their children growing up outside, running in the alleys and playing freely in the greenery and light. We also see buyers who appreciate the peace, quiet and freshness of nature without giving up the conveniences of the city. River Park creates an environment where all these desires can come true - a place where life is fulfilling and harmonious.
What do you expect for the future of River Park?
We expect River Park to establish itself as a model for contemporary living - with harmony between architecture, nature and community. Phase 2 is just the next step, and we are already feeling the interest and enthusiasm of customers showing us that we are moving in the right direction.
I believe that River Park will remain a reference project not only for Sofia, but also for the market outside the city - a place that sets the standards for quality living. We have absolutely new ideas for Phase 3, which I will keep for now until we put them into a vision that will inspire the next families to find their home here.
What motivates you personally in this project?
For me, the biggest motivation, besides analyzing and coming up with solutions and putting a balance on them, is the human side - to see families find their home here, which turns out to be what they dreamed of.
Let's not forget that many people buy without having seen and touched the product. It's much more than sales - it's a sense of contributing to people's lives.
